Tanner Briggs: Character Analysis

The Naturals:
Tanner Briggs

Tanner Briggs is the head of the Naturals program, not much is known about his life before he became an FBI agent, except that he was possibly married to Stirling before becoming apart of the FBI. He seems to be more career-focused than Stirling, for instance he sees no problems with allowing teenagers to look into cold cases while Stirling does. However, Briggs does care for the kids as he doesn’t want them involved with active cases. Stirling and Briggs possibly divorced because of conflict in interests. Briggs began to take the twelve year old Dean for help on active cases, something that Stirling clearly didn’t agree with.

Significant Character Relations:

Veronica Stirling: Briggs was Stirling’s old partner, as well as her husband. It is revealed that they split up because of a conflict in how they do things. This is possibly because Briggs began using Dean Redding to help him on cases.

Cassie Hobbes: Briggs has a good relationship with her, he’s had talks with her regarding her mother’s disappearance. Especially after her body is discovered.
